Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the same email address used to make the original booking. Cancellations will only be considered valid once reconfirmed through a reply to our official cancellation confirmation email.

Refund eligibility and the amount refunded depend on the type of services booked and are subject to the policy outlined below:

• 61 days or more before departure: All deposits will be refunded after deducting any transaction fees and costs for services booked in advance on a non-refundable basis.
   
• Between 31 and 60 days before departure: 75% of the total package amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
   
• 30 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued; the full package amount will be forfeited.
   

Once a trip has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any unused services if you choose to leave the tour for any reason. Similarly, if you fail to join the tour on the scheduled dates, arrive late, or request a change in the departure date (in the case of group tours), no refunds will be granted.
